Introducing QRNow for Businesses
QRNow is a web tool created for businesses for all devices, including computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
A number of real-world examples of how businesses are using QR codes to engage customers and increase interaction with others, can be found in QRNow. But if you’re still looking at how to integrate QR codes into your own strategy, this can be especially useful.

For creating QR codes, you’ll have to create a free account for making the code. When signing up to Google, you can activate a free trial of 7 days that is available for use after which you’ll have to upgrade to prepaid subscriptions to continue using the service.
Static vs. Dynamic QR Codes
You log in with the account you have created and then go back to the QRNow Dashboard, a site where you can manage your QR codes easily. One QR code can be created but there is also a way to generate bulk QR codes.
To create your first QR code, click or tap the Generate QR code button.

On the next page, select whether you want to create a Static or Dynamic QR code.
In the sense that as the names suggest, it is a distinction between static and dynamic QR codes which lies in its flexibility. One permanent QR code, a static QR Code, is retained. After writing a , you’re not allowed to change its content once it is written. By contrast, a dynamic QR code allows you to update the content or even the linked URL after generation.

Since most Static QR codes don’t use Internet access, they’re perfect for simple, unchanging content (business cards or flyers for a one-time event). But the downside is that they’re not tracking, so if you’d like to track engagement or scan performance, a static code won’t give you those insights.
This allows for editable content and enhanced customization of the QR code Dynamic, which is more flexible than traditional QR codes. These are particularly useful for businesses running ongoing campaigns or managing content that changes over time. Such as ‘Adding new items, upgrading pricing and changing landing pages without recreating the code for any given product or change in page layouts.
It’s worth noting, but dynamic QR codes are based on the provider’–the server that works and requires an active Internet connection to redirect users towards the content they want.
So we’re writing a new Dynamic code for this review. What kind of code do we want to create first, and that’s the one we need to choose. There are a lot of options to choose from, such as social media, vCard, PDF, video, links and landing page. A QR code we’re writing will get a list of links to the website.
Creating the QR Code Content
We have to fill the QR code content info quickly on the next page. start with the name of it, then choose a color scheme.

Upload your company’s logo and add a title and description for the links you’re about to add.

Please see the live preview on the right side of the screen for your QR code to see how it is executing, **Note ** **
Afterward, add the links to . What is each and describe them? Even if you add a photo for each piece, it will appear on the button that leads to the article.

You can add your social media accounts and any tracking information in the next section. For instance if you’ve created a Facebook Pixel or have logged in Google Analytics, then add them here.

Finally, create a custom link if you would like. This is the link that users will see when they scan your code. Of course, it will be a www.qrnow.com address. You can customize the rear part of the link after the slash.

Designing Your Code
A second stage has to be done with the visual aspect of a code, which is required by . It’s a good design, you need to try and attract customers more easily.
Adding an frame of code to add a code start with . QRNow provides some custom made alternatives to s. What is your favorite based on the purpose of the QR code?

Frame customization Changing the background color, text and more. Have colors that match your brand for the most sex appeal.
Similarly, you may change the colors of the real QR code (dot/square color and background color). But just make sure there’s enough contrast; if the colors are too similar, the code may not scan properly. For example, a QR code like the one below will not scan.

QRNow also allows you to choose a different code pattern and corner style. You may play with these options until you find the one that works for your .
Note that you can also include your company logo in the QR code. This will be added in the middle.
Similarly, if you’re on a mobile device, the steps are similar. The interface is the same, but it’s reverted back to the smaller screen.

Sprinkle a Little AI
The AI in QRNow is a feature that allows you to generate codes from prompts, if you want ‘an even more powerful QR code’. Don’t expect it to be perfect if it’s still in beta, so don’t think it will be perfectly done.
There are a number of code generators I’ve created with AI, but some of them were not working. The AI overcomplicated things even when I asked for something very basic, adding characters that I didn’t ask for. The best bet is to ask it for something complex.

That could be a good feature; however, for the most part, it may be best if you stick to regular QR codes. In which case, unless you have some spare time and want to try a little (and in the absence of free time), it’s pretty fun to play with.
Managing Your QR Codes
Each time you create a QR code, it instantly shows up in your QRNow dashboard, where you can see all your codes at once.

If you click a QR code to see it, click the QR Code Or download it directly to your device, then share it via messaging or social media apps. You can even save in SVG on your device.

If you can easily manage a QR code, just click the three dots next to it. You can Delete the code from this menu, or if it’s a dynamic one, Edit its content. Instead,**Pause*** the campaign was run to ensure metrics no longer follow them.

This adds a button that allows account holders to View details (aka analytics) for each code. It also allows you to see the number of times your QR codes were scanned, where those scans came from geographically and the operating systems of their devices.
It can even create templates for a number of scenarios, as is the Dashboard. Click Templates in the menu on left, then a Create template button to create your QR code template is used for creating your own QR Code Template. It’s useful if you want to preserve a design you may use again.
There is also a Bulk QR Code Generator for the QRNow app, which only works with Dynamic codes. URL or vCard formats, you can choose from and upload a CSV file to proceed.
